Blood
- Red blood cells: carry oxygen (haemoglobin); no nucleus; biconcave.
- White blood cells: defend against pathogens.
- Platelets: clot the blood.
- Plasma: carries dissolved CO₂, nutrients, hormones, urea and heat.
