Methods of transport
- Road: flexible, door-to-door, good for short distances.
- Rail: good for heavy goods over land, long distances.
- Sea: cheap for bulky/heavy goods internationally, but slow.
- Air: fast but expensive, for urgent or perishable/valuable goods.
- Pipeline: for liquids and gases.
