SuperExams is exam-practice software. This page explains who owns what, and how a rights holder can ask us to remove material.

1.Content uploaded by schools & teachers

SuperExams does not host or distribute any third-party or awarding-body exam materials. Teachers and schools may upload their own materials to set and mark work for their classes.

Responsibility for any uploaded material, and the right to use it, rests with the school or teacher who uploads it. SuperExams is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any exam board or awarding body.

If you are a rights holder and believe material on the platform infringes your rights, we will act promptly, see “Reporting a copyright concern” below.

2.Software & study tools

The SuperExams software, design, AI marking and AI tutor are our own original work and intellectual property, © SuperExams. They are provided for your personal and school use only.

3.Trademarks

Any exam board, awarding body or qualification names that a school or teacher enters are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe the work being set. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those organisations.

4.Reporting a copyright concern

If you own rights in material on SuperExams and believe it has been used without permission, we operate a simple notice-and-takedown process:

  • Step 1. Email us. Write to support@superexams.com with the subject line “Copyright”.
  • Step 2. Identify the material. Include the exact page link(s) on superexams.com and a description of the work concerned.
  • Step 3. Confirm your rights. Tell us who you are, your contact details, and confirm that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Step 4. We review & act. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and, where the request is valid, remove or disable access to the material promptly and confirm back to you.

We take copyright seriously and would rather resolve any concern quickly and amicably.
