Copyright & Attribution

Last updated 16 June 2026

SuperExam brings together exam materials and our own original study resources. This page explains, item by item, who owns what — and how a rights holder can ask us to remove material.

1.Past papers & mark schemes

Past papers, mark schemes and examiner reports are the copyright of the awarding body that created themPearson Edexcel and Cambridge Assessment International Education (UCLES). SuperExam does not claim any ownership of these materials.

We are an independent revision platform and are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Pearson, Edexcel or Cambridge. We make these materials available only to help students with their personal, non-commercial revision, with attribution to the awarding body.

If you are a rights holder and would like any material removed, we will act promptly — see “Reporting a copyright concern” below.

2.Revision notes

Our revision notes are original works written by SuperExam. They are © SuperExam (Andreas Photiades), all rights reserved. You may read and use them for your own personal revision, but you may not copy, republish, redistribute or resell them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

3.Revision books

Our revision books and study guides are original works authored by SuperExam and are © SuperExam (Andreas Photiades), all rights reserved. Premium access lets you read them online for your personal study; it does not transfer ownership. You may not download-and-share, redistribute, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

4.Worked solutions & study tools

Our step-by-step worked solutions, practice papers, and the SuperExam software, design and AI tutor are our own original work and intellectual property, © SuperExam. They are provided for your personal revision only.

5.Trademarks

“Pearson”, “Edexcel”, “Cambridge”, “IGCSE”, “International A Level” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the qualifications our content relates to. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those organisations.

6.Reporting a copyright concern

If you own rights in material on SuperExam and believe it has been used without permission, we operate a simple notice-and-takedown process:

  • Step 1 — Email us. Write to superexamssupport@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright”.
  • Step 2 — Identify the material. Include the exact page link(s) on superexams.com and a description of the work concerned.
  • Step 3 — Confirm your rights. Tell us who you are, your contact details, and confirm that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Step 4 — We review & act. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and, where the request is valid, remove or disable access to the material promptly and confirm back to you.

We take copyright seriously and would rather resolve any concern quickly and amicably.
