These Terms govern your use of SuperExams (superexams.com). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1.Who we are
SuperExams (superexams.com) is operated by Andreas Photiades, a sole trader based in Cyprus (the “we”, “us” or “SuperExams” in these Terms). You can reach us any time at support@superexams.com. We provide exam-practice software for schools, teachers and students: AI marking, assignments, progress dashboards, an AI tutor and study tools. Teachers and schools may upload their own materials; any such content remains the responsibility and property of the school or teacher who uploads it.
2.Your account
Students usually join through their school or teacher with a join code. To create a class, track progress or subscribe you must register with accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 13 or older, or have permission from a parent or school.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, scrape or redistribute our content in bulk;
- use the AI tutor to cheat in a live exam or assessment;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
4.Subscriptions & payment
School and tutoring-institute plans are invoiced per student, yearly, after the free two-month pilot, at a price agreed before you start. Any individual Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
5.AI tutor
The AI tutor is a study aid and can make mistakes. Always check its responses against the official mark scheme. It is provided “as is” and is not a substitute for your own learning or professional advice.
6.Intellectual property
The SuperExams name, design, software and AI are our property. Any materials uploaded by a school or teacher remain theirs. You may use content for your personal, non-commercial revision or your school’s own teaching.
7.Liability
We work hard to keep SuperExams accurate and available, but we provide it without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for exam outcomes.
8.Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the service over time; significant changes will be notified. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
9.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country you live in, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.
